YOUR CHILD’S FIRST ORTHODONTIC CHECKUP
The American Association of Orthodontists recommends every child see an orthodontist by age 7, or earlier if an issue is noticed. By this age, enough adult teeth are present for us to spot problems with jaw growth or tooth alignment.
Early checkups help us catch issues before they become more complex, sometimes making treatment easier and shorter in the future. Your child doesn’t need to lose all their baby teeth before seeing an orthodontist!
If something seems off with your child’s bite or smile, don’t wait—schedule a consultation to find out if early orthodontic guidance is needed.
